I cannot log in, why is that?

Make sure your e-mail address and password are spelled correctly.

If you still cannot log in :

  1. Reset your password by clicking on Forgot password.
  2. Click on the activation link in your inbox.
  3. In the new window, enter your new password and confirm it.
  4. Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, saisissez votre nouveau mot de passe puis le confirmer.

Your password must contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number, one special character and be at least 8 characters long.
